Holistic Strong is a blog I created to merge my love of writing with my passion for personal development and a holistic lifestyle. (I have also met several like-minded colleagues who will contribute insightful articles to the site.)
I hold a Master’s in Counseling, which has equipped me with a profound understanding of personal development matters. With this background, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their journey toward self-improvement and holistic well-being.
As you can see, Holistic Strong is a space where we can connect with those who are also on a “wellness journey” and share ideas about how to stay healthy in a toxic world.
